In the role of Projects Banking Analyst, you will actively contribute to optimizing operational processes within the division, with its headquarters in Phoenix Tower – Bucharest. You will have the opportunity to manage business requirements in a proactive manner, coordinate IT projects with a direct impact on activity efficiency, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to implement the most suitable solutions.
The starting salary for the Projects Banking Analyst role is in the range of 7000 lei brut and 13500 lei brut, depending on professional experience and degree of fit with the role's requirements.

You have communication skills;
You have a proactive attitude, spirit of initiative;
You have the ability to analyze and synthesize;
You have experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year) or banking experience;

Monitorize KPI division and propose solutions for improving these, centralize reports & business requirements and ensure that these are taken into account in accordance with priorities;
Define functional specifications for reports & business processes, coordinate, test, and follow up on project implementation;
Report in Jira bugs identified and incidents in production, test and verify live corrections implemented;
Plan and monitor periodically the list of IT developments & IT incidents open in the division's area of activity;
Collaborate with application/flow owners, IT team, and external suppliers, for information solutions, to identify the best implementation solution.
