This will be your job

As a Project Organizer for the Company Bureau, you translate designs into optimal and smart construction methods. With your technical insight, practical approach, and persuasive power, you play a key role in our tenders and in the preparation of our projects. You work at the company bureau of Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed in Rotterdam and are part of an experienced team, with a lot of freedom and room for initiative. You will be involved in our residential and utility projects from the beginning. Together with a team of experienced colleagues, you will work on, among other things:

· Analyzing structures and determining the most optimal construction method.

· Preparing the construction time schedule (Asta Powerproject)

· Preparing general construction site costs

· Designing 3D construction site layouts (Revit)

· Coordinating with the equipment department, suppliers, and subcontractors.

· Providing input for BLVC and logistics plans.

· Providing input for a substantiated plan of approach to win tenders.

Your contribution is crucial for winning and properly preparing our projects. You actively think about alternatives and innovations, with an eye for sustainability and changing regulations.

Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Rotterdam is a large operating company within the Dura Vermeer Group and operates as a developing builder in the South Holland region. We specialize in building homes, both multi-story and ground-level, and utility buildings, with a focus on new construction projects.

Our team is divided into six independent value streams, each with its own expertise. Within these teams, which consist of approximately 35 colleagues, we collaborate with all necessary disciplines. The structure is flat and without unnecessary hierarchy, which ensures pleasant, efficient collaboration. This way, we combine the advantages of a large company with the warm, personal atmosphere of smaller teams: the value streams.

This is what you bring

· You have at least 3 years of experience in work preparation, execution, or as a building technologist/project organizer.

· You have a completed construction-related education.

· You have experience with Asta Powerproject and Revit.

· You have technical insight and work in a structured manner.

· You can collaborate well, take initiative, and think one step ahead.

· You stand by your solutions and can explain them well verbally to, among others, the execution team.

· You can quickly switch between different tasks and are stress-resistant.

This is what we offer you

• The salary for this position ranges between €5,639 and €7,049 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday pay. Depending on your knowledge, level, and work experience, an extension is possible.

• In addition to salary, there is a fixed budget for Sustainable Employability for matters that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Construction & Infrastructure).

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you a permanent contract after a 2-month trial period.

• 43 leave days according to the Collective Labour Agreement for Construction & Infrastructure. Of these days, 13 will be paid into your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back.

• A laptop and a smartphone.
