Project Developer Residential Construction

Your tasks will include: • Developing project plans and budgets; • Coordinating with stakeholders and partners; • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards; • Managing risks and conflicts; • Monitoring progress and reporting to management. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently. You should have a degree in real estate development or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in project development. You should also be fluent in Dutch and English.
