Your role as Projectmanager

As a project manager, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating daily maintenance and small projects (up to approximately €100,000). You monitor progress, ensure efficient planning, and manage procurement. You also keep an eye on safety, quality, and financial results.

You work closely with your colleagues within the WAM Group and maintain contact with clients, VvE administrators, subcontractors, and residents. Thanks to your organizational talent and problem-solving skills, you ensure that projects are successfully and customer-oriented delivered.

What will you do?

• Plan and organize daily maintenance and small projects
• Coordinate procurement and logistics
• Supervise execution teams
• Maintain contact with clients, VvE administrators, and residents
• Monitor the (financial) progress of projects
• Ensure safety and compliance with quality standards
• Take care of a customer-oriented delivery

What do we expect from you?

• MBO education and/or MBO work and thinking level
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector
• VCA VOL certificate
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Driving license B
