What you will do:
As Project Manager, you will lead the training operation for Samsung Mobile Netherlands (Mobile, Tablets, Wearables, Note PC) independently. You will be part of the training team at Samsung and work closely with the Training Manager Benelux. Together, you will ensure that all loyalty and training programs are quality-assured using various vendors. It is therefore important that you can manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully complete them with the right evaluations.

You will also be responsible for the quality of the training sessions and develop new content yourself. You will organize training sessions and keep track of the budgets. You are the point of contact for all field sales employees and report the results to the Samsung management. Furthermore, you will regularly present to larger groups of colleagues to provide them with high-quality training.

• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills;
• You are able to manage projects independently and present to groups;
• You are result-oriented and work project-based;
• You feel comfortable standing in front of a camera;
• You can translate complex specifications into something understandable for a broad audience;
• You are ambitious and have at least an HBO bachelor's degree or several years of experience in a comparable position;
• You have a flexible attitude regarding working hours; evenings can be used for events or training sessions;
• You possess a driving license B;
• You are proficient with PowerPoint;
• You live in the Randstad or Central Netherlands (e.g., Amsterdam, The Hague, Den Bosch, Utrecht, or Amersfoort).
