For Havenbedrijf Rotterdam N.V., we are looking for a Project Manager Infrastructure Development. You will work on the development and realization of infrastructure projects, such as roads, terrain, cables & pipes, and water construction. You have experience with developing and executing similar projects and act as project developer or project manager.

As a project manager, you are responsible from start to finish for multiple projects. Your tasks include:
As a leader of your project team, you ensure connection with other teams and projects within the Havenbedrijf. You account to the Project Board. The project process PM@HbR is based on Prince2.

As a project manager, you are responsible from start to finish for multiple projects. Your tasks include:
- Project development: you determine the (commercial) feasibility by investigating alternatives, negotiating with clients and stakeholders, and submitting investment proposals for decision-making.
- Project management during the project's duration; you focus on commercial and technical aspects, manage the project business case, ensure necessary agreements and contracts, and realize the project.
- You work together with clients and stakeholders to realize projects timely and satisfactory.
- You lead multidisciplinary project teams and prepare the projects in a responsible and safe manner for execution.
- You gain knowledge and share it on the subject of project development and project management.

Your profile
- You have at least 10 years of experience with project development and realization.
- You are experienced in leading teams of specialists and professionals in a project-oriented environment.
- You have demonstrable knowledge of and experience with commerce, environmental management, project management, and safety within projects.
- You provide effective and result-oriented leadership to your project team.
- You have affinity with the field (port, logistics) and the ability to translate developments and/or innovations in the field into your own projects and the Havenbedrijf.
- Experience with energy transition and industry-related projects is a plus.
- WO work- and thinking level (for example technical, planning or economic).
- You possess VCA-VOL, or are willing to obtain it within 3 months.
