Job Description

To support the increase of digital resilience against cyber threats, Albeda is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Information Security. The job involves initiating, leading, and realizing projects that structurally increase the level of information security within the organization.

The goal is to meet the maturity level agreed upon in the MBO sector, namely NBA-3. The project manager ensures that plans are not only developed but also tested, implemented, and embedded in the line organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead information security projects within Albeda

• Collaborate with the CISO, ISOs, and responsible MT members

• Synchronize with stakeholders within education, IT, and business operations

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams

• Organize training sessions and implementation meetings

• Establish structure in a complex field of technology, processes, and people

• Ensure measures are embedded in the line organization

• Monitor planning, budget, resources, and interdependencies

Requirements (knock-out criteria)

• A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in:

  • Business Informatics

  • Information Science

  • or a comparable field

• Demonstrable theoretical and practical knowledge of:

  • Information Security

  • Privacy legislation

  • Relevant standards and frameworks (NIST, NBA Cybersecurity, ISO 27001)

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with complex projects in the field of information security

• Demonstrable experience with project management, including:

  • Budget

  • Capacity and resources

  • Planning and interdependencies
