Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will manage projects from start to finish within an environment where technology, customer focus, and accuracy come together. You are the point of contact for your client portfolio and translate their needs into well-thought-out security solutions that work in practice.

You will follow up on cases from initial analysis to delivery and maintenance, ensuring that each project runs smoothly, with quality, and according to agreement. You combine technical insight with a structured approach and a strong sense of service.

• You analyze the needs of prospects and clients and contribute to thinking about suitable security concepts such as camera surveillance, access control, gas detection, intrusion detection, and fire detection.
• You are responsible for the study and design of projects and further develop the files in terms of content.
• You make projects discussable and present them clearly and professionally to clients.
• You closely monitor ongoing projects and keep track of timing, quality, communication, and progress.
• You maintain smooth contact with clients before, during, and after execution, and are a reliable sparring partner throughout the entire process.
• You coordinate internally with administration, technical staff, and other involved parties to support flawless execution.
• You also take care of the post-calculation of projects and contribute to monitoring the commercial and operational quality of your files.

You work in a B2B environment with diverse sectors such as healthcare, industry, tourist accommodation, and cultural heritage, where you impact safety and continuity every day.

We are looking for a driven project manager with a strong interest in technology and safety. You hold a master's degree and have already gained several years of relevant experience in project follow-up. Thanks to your maturity, organizational skills, and customer-oriented approach, you know how to tackle complex cases in a structured manner and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.

• You have a Master's degree in Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Construction.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably with project follow-up.
• You have experience in creating and reading plans in AutoCAD.
• You preferably have some professional experience within the security sector.
• Knowledge of security products is a strong asset.
• You are strongly customer-oriented, communicative, and professional in your demeanor.
• You combine analytical thinking with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
• You work accurately, plan independently, and maintain an overview of multiple projects simultaneously.
• You live in West Flanders and can regularly travel to clients in the region and beyond.
• You have a clear passion for technology and are interested in following new developments in safety and security.
