Project Manager

Function As Project Manager within the engineering department, you are the strategic and technical anchor point. You maintain oversight of the entire portfolio of ongoing projects and ensure that everything runs as planned: on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. You distribute the projects among our project leaders, supports them where necessary, and serves as a point of contact for both colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders. You guide, accompany, and support the engineers in their work, ensuring that the projects are executed correctly and efficiently. You are responsible for the overall project management, including planning, coordination, and control. You ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, and that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle. You are also responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, and for ensuring that all projects are completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget.
