Project Leader Work Concept and Office Layout - Temporary

Je work activities include:

• You translate the organization's vision and work processes into a physical working environment that fits the needs of employees and the organization;
• Guiding design and renovation projects;
• You coordinate and monitor the entire design and renovation trajectory, from workspace need assessment to implementation, including setting up design and execution parties;
• You set up the Programma van Eisen (PvE), test this against the organization's wishes, and monitor progress to ensure that the office layout and renovation meet the specified requirements;
• You involve internal stakeholders in the process, facilitate decision-making, and create a sense of ownership for changes within the organization;
• You signal risks, monitor project progress, and provide clear communication with management and users, including reporting.

You are an intellectually strong professional who knows the office layout domain well and takes on a coaching role naturally.

What we ask:

• You have a completed HBO degree in Building or a comparable education;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a project leader or project manager in housing, construction, renovation, or workspace concept projects;
• You have experience with setting up and monitoring a Programma van Eisen (PvE) and have the necessary technical knowledge to guide renovation projects;
• You are skilled at involving internal stakeholders, facilitating decision-making, and creating a sense of ownership;
• You can signal project risks, monitor progress, and provide clear reports for management and users;
• You possess excellent communication and coordination skills and can work well in team.

• A temporary position for 16-24 hours per week, from 2 February to 2 August 2026 (with the option to extend);
• An attractive salary of up to €5,000,- gross per month (based on 40 hours);
