Project Leader

As Project Leader New Construction at VDM Woningen, you are the key player in the realization of challenging new construction projects, from development to completion. You maintain relationships with clients and ensure a smooth construction process with an eye for quality and planning.

VDM Woningen is almost 150 years old and has been a household name in Friesland, building homes where people come home with pleasure. As a project leader, you work closely with various teams and external partners to successfully and according to plan realize our projects.

Project Leader New Construction
You are responsible for the management and progress of new construction projects, from development phase to completion. You maintain relationships with governments, housing corporations, developers, and architects and ensure a good market positioning and execution. You monitor planning, budget, and quality and are the point of contact for all parties involved.

• Monitor project planning and financial progress

• Work together with preparation, planning, execution, and customer guidance

• Maintain sustainable relationships with clients and partners

• Function as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What makes this function perfect for you?

You have an HBO work and thinking level and experience in the construction sector, preferably with both small-scale and large-scale projects. You know the housing market and regulations regarding zoning plans and environmental permits. You are responsible, flexible, ambitious, and know how to manage projects from A to Z with an eye for quality.
