Project Leader Unfolding of Network Disks

For Gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg, we are looking for a Project Leader Unfasing of Network Disks.
You will work as a project leader to successfully manage ICT projects for the municipality Leidschendam-Voorburg. You will monitor progress, ensure quality, time and budget, and make sure results are delivered according to the set requirements. You will work on applications and ICT systems that are important for service delivery to citizens and be aware of possible risks within projects. You will perform risk analyses with your team and manage these risks effectively.

You have a customer-oriented approach and put user wishes at the center. You are a team player and work closely together with the Chief Information Officer, colleague project leaders, information managers, functional administrators, and other internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you are responsible for the following project, with the corresponding deliverables:

• Unfasing network disks
  • Fase 1 - Basic setup, Migration & Adoption
    • Governance & management set up for Microsoft Teams based on established guidelines.
    • Dualistic Teams structure matching political and administrative separation.
    • Migration of relevant files from network disks to Teams.
    • Autorization & security ensured and old network disks closed.
    • Training & adoption: employees work according to the new way of working.
    • Handover to management
    • Project documents
      • Definitive Project Plan including planning
      • Stakeholder analysis
      • Communication plan
      • Progress reports
      • Delivering 'lessons learned'
      • Formal Project Closure

If necessary, you will also work on:

• Fase 2 - Migration to other DMS-en
  • Main process files subordinated in Case System.
  • Outdated process files archived in My-Lex.
