Job description
Position
- You prepare price calculations and agreements and develop technical documentation and construction drawings.
- You organize and coordinate the work and monitor the project progress.
- You monitor the financial planning of the project and provide timely monthly reports.
- You guarantee the quality and safety standards on the construction site.
- You resolve any bottlenecks and maintain intensive communication with clients, suppliers, and the team.
- You work approximately 50% from the office and 50% of the time you are on the construction sites.
Profile
- You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (such as industrial engineering, electromechanics, civil engineering,...) or have equivalent practical experience (minimum 3 years).
- You are a good communicator and can convince others effectively.
- You work in a goal-oriented manner and have a practical approach.
- You are stress-resistant and can perform well under time pressure.
