As a project leader, you are the driving force behind the success of our construction projects. From start to finish, you take the lead and ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the point of contact for clients, architects, partners, and the team on site.

You build a strong trust-based relationship with the client and architect and keep them informed about planning, progress, and any changes. Thanks to your overview and coordinating approach, all involved parties work efficiently together.

Specifically:

• You oversee the entire construction process from A to Z
• You coordinate all partners and ensure a smooth collaboration
• You monitor quality, planning, and progress according to plans and specifications
• You closely follow costs, material usage, and performance
• You watch over safety and ensure a well-organized site
• You take daily leadership of the construction personnel and motivate your team
• You ensure correct and complete administrative follow-up
• You create structure, trust, and results on every site with your approach.

• You are a born organizer with a passion for building and bringing people together. You keep your head cool, even when multiple projects run simultaneously.
• You have a construction-related education (bachelor or master)
• You have experience as a project leader in construction, or are ready to take on that role
• You maintain overview and know how to prioritize
• You communicate professionally and customer-oriented
• You build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
• You work independently, but believe strongly in teamwork
• You are flexible and adapt quickly when the situation demands it
• You primarily work on construction sites within an hour of Tubeke
• You speak fluent Dutch and have a preference for knowledge of French
