As a project leader, you play an important role in realizing this. Are you strong and decisive in executing, coordinating, and guiding multidisciplinary projects where the work of different parties must be efficiently and effectively aligned? Make it possible

In the role of Project Leader, you and your team ensure efficient, timely, and safe execution of projects. Setting up, directing, and adjusting the project organization and external executing parties is your forte. As a project leader, you are the link between clients and executors, aligning wishes and requirements, and weighing the different interests from various disciplines. You work closely with the team leader; together you set the direction for the team of engineers, work planners, and executors whom you manage daily. A selection of the tasks:
- You regularly consult with your team, executing parties, and the client's team about progress and planning in operational meetings.
- You steer on safety, scope, planning, and budget. You frequently report progress to your client, project manager, and other stakeholders;
- You ensure that your team is predictable and reliable
- With your enthusiasm, you ensure motivated colleagues;
- You organize regular evaluation meetings during and after project completion. You are happy to incorporate improvements into the next project.

Your Team

The team you will join consists of: project leaders, project organizers, work planners, engineers, executors, foremen, and mechanics. We collaborate extensively with our internal departments, for example with design or support from our soil expertise desk.
Colleagues support each other, with attention for every individual. The team has a hands-on mentality where short lines and response times in client relations are paramount. You will work in a driven team with enthusiastic and skilled colleagues. Characteristic is the energetic and close-knit atmosphere, where young and old work together effortlessly.

Our employees in the North East region form a close-knit team and have experience both technically and with our diverse clients within our work area to be even better prepared for the future. With the change in contract forms such as working in construction teams, framework agreements, and in accordance with UAV-GC, a well-oiled organization is required. As a project leader, you are indispensable in this!

We Offer You

We are happy to invest in your development, so you can follow vocational and career-oriented training/courses. We believe it is important that you go to work with pleasure and sufficient challenge.

- We work on both great integral and solo projects for various clients and based on diverse contract forms;
- A salary between € 5,260 and € 7,370 per 4 weeks depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour work week and excludes 8% holiday pay.
- A lot of freedom with 38 days off according to the Collective Labour Agreement for the Technical Installation Industry;
- Company lease car, laptop/tablet, and iPhone;
- A good pension with the PMT pension fund with many benefits.

You Recognize Yourself In This

You enjoy process-oriented work. Naturally, you possess the necessary contract knowledge and you know what it's like to work in a diverse construction team and with stakeholders from the client. Furthermore, you bring:
- A completed Bachelor's degree (HBO), or equivalent and demonstrable work and thinking level in a technical field;
- At least 5 years of work experience as a manager, preferably gained within infrastructure;
- You are a true coach and find the personal development of your colleagues important;
- You think and act from a commercial interest and enjoy building. Both for the client and for BAM Energie en Water.
- You steer on safety within your team.
