Task package: As a project leader, you are responsible for the following tasks: Coordination and follow-up of projects from preparation to delivery, with a focus on planning, budget, and quality. Management and coordination with internal teams and external partners such as subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Technical problem-solving and proactive identification of potential risks. Budget management and cost control. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Reporting on project progress to management. Profile: We are looking for a candidate with: Proven experience as a project leader, preferably in the metal or technical sector. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Technical understanding, especially in metalworking and construction. Ability to work independently and in a team.
