What will you do

As a Project Leader for measurement and control technology, you are responsible for the organization and realization of one or more projects in execution.
You will work closely with your colleagues from work preparation, engineering, and execution, and you will lead a project team of professionals from different disciplines. Together, we ensure that project objectives are achieved.
You will be involved in the project from an early stage, so you can apply and share your expertise and identify any obstacles in time.
Consultation with the client is crucial, so you must understand their interests well.
You follow developments and innovations within the construction sector closely, always enthusiastically involving your colleagues.

In addition, you will be busy with:

• Coordinating and organizing projects in the field of measurement and control technology, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to achieve project objectives.
• Preparing project plans, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk analysis.
• Monitoring project progress and budgets, and making timely adjustments where necessary.
• Ensuring optimal communication and collaboration within the project team.
• Reporting to management on the progress and results of projects.

This is you

To successfully fulfill this role and be successful, you bring the following:
• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level and a technical background, preferably in measurement and control technology or similar.
• Some experience in a coordinating or organizational role within measurement and control technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of measurement and control technology and affinity with technical installations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude with an eye for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Team player who can collaborate well and also work independently.
