Project Leader Installatie Technology

At Breman Woningbeheer Noord, as a project leader you are responsible for multiple installation projects simultaneously. Not only on planning and budget, but also on people, risks, and agreements. You keep an overview, take decisions and ensure that projects are delivered safely, neatly and with satisfied customers. What you will do You work closely together with your project team, clients and internal stakeholders. And yes, sometimes you have to just cut through the red tape. That's fine by you. You lead multiple installers and technicians who are responsible for the installation of various systems, such as heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical installations, etc. Your task is to ensure that these projects are executed correctly, on time and within budget. You also have to deal with unexpected issues that may arise during the project execution. You will work closely together with your team to find a solution for these issues. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents and reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
