New ships for the Navy

The Navy (CZSK) is having new ships built so they can continue to meet high technical and advanced requirements. But it's not just about the ship itself — all the installations and systems on board must also work correctly to make it a functional weapon system.

To manage all of that properly, those installations and systems must be divided into individual parts (spare parts) with an associated item number. This way, you know exactly what you need if something breaks down.

The Logistics Group AVM will manage these items. Therefore, it is important that they liaise and contribute ideas to materiel projects at the earliest possible stage.

What will you do?

As an ILS Logistics Project Manager LG AVM, you will be the connecting link between AVM and various materiel projects. You will represent LG AVM and ensure smooth alignment of processes, data, and planning. Your tasks include:

1. Representation in Materiel Projects

• Advise on process design and data delivery.
• Analyze master item data for inclusion in the CZSK assortment.
• Determine the correct quantities of spare parts in the RSPL and manage budget transfers.

2. Inventory Coordination & Budget Monitoring

• Align RSPLs (Recommended Spare Parts List) with Engineers and Installation Managers.
• Submit budget proposals to the AVM section head or project leadership.
• Record and monitor agreements and progress.

3. Planning & Project Information

• Deliver and adjust planning for item processing.
• Inform stakeholders about the current project status.
• Evaluate interim results and data quality.

4. Data Analysis & Assortment Optimization

• Compare RSPLs with existing onboard and shore spare parts.
• Process feedback that impacts planning and execution.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in logistics, engineering, or data analysis.
• Experience with SAP, MDG (Master Data Governance), and materiel management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and analytical ability.
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
