Project Leader HVAC

• You are responsible for the complete follow-up of HVAC projects from A to Z.
• You coordinate multiple sites simultaneously and monitor planning, quality, budget, and safety.
• You manage site managers, technicians, and subcontractors and ensure smooth collaboration.
• You are the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• You closely monitor the execution and proactively intervene where necessary.
• You participate in site meetings and ensure correct administrative follow-up.
• You work primarily on multisite projects for national chains within retail, logistics, and warehousing, among others.
• Depending on the projects, you also contribute to conversion and renovation projects or challenging Design & Build processes.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Leader within HVAC or technical fields.
• You are accustomed to managing projects independently from start to completion.
• You possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• You are solution-oriented and maintain an overview, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously.
• You are flexible and easily travel to sites in West and East Flanders.
• You enjoy working collaboratively with clients as well as internal and external partners.
• You take responsibility and have a hands-on mentality.
