Project Leader Glass

Function: In this function, you are responsible for the preparation, planning, execution, and follow-up of various projects. You ensure a smooth flow on the construction sites and provide support and advice to the placement teams. Additionally, you ensure that all fitters have the necessary materials. You also take various administrative and organizational tasks, such as: preparing and submitting work and demand statements, planning and executing site visits, preparing and attending meetings, and ensuring that all necessary documents are in order. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling the progress of the projects, identifying and solving problems, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project team, the construction team, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are successful. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained, and that all projects comply with relevant laws and regulations. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to be available on short notice to address any issues that may arise. You will also be required to travel to construction sites and other locations as needed.
