As a Projectleider at Finish Building, you are responsible for the progress, technique, and costs of your own projects. You work closely together with various parties and ensure that everything runs smoothly within a growing family business.

You set calculations and budgets, take care of purchases and supplier contacts, monitors progress and budgets, and makes and controls construction drawings in AutoCAD or Revit. You maintain intensive contact with clients and works closely together with the contractor to successfully realize projects.

What makes this function perfect for you?

You have at least MBO/HBO work and thinking level and affinity with the construction sector. Experience is a plus. You are familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software, work structured, can plan well, and are communicatively strong. You are client-oriented, eager to learn, and want to continue developing yourself.
