Project Manager Electrical Engineering

As Project Manager Electrical Engineering, you are the heart of the project. You maintain oversight, make adjustments where necessary, and communicate clearly with all involved parties. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing, coordinating, and realizing electrical engineering projects; Managing technicians, work planners, and subcontractors;
• Monitoring planning, quality, safety, and financial progress;
• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
• Reviewing drawings, quotations, and detailed engineering;
• Identifying additional and reduced work;
• Optimizing processes and contributing to knowledge development within the team.

In short: you ensure that projects run smoothly and professionally from A to Z.

As a Project Manager Electrical Engineering, you are strong in communication, technically proficient, and know how to motivate people. Additionally, you bring the following:

• Minimum MBO (vocational education) diploma in Electrical Engineering;
• Experience with analyzing specifications and drawings;
• Ability to manage teams and lead projects;
• Experience with budget control and financial oversight;
• Familiar with software such as Syntess;
