Your role – Project Leader/Manager Electrical Engineering

• As project leader/manager, you are the driving force behind electrical engineering projects in various sectors. You organize, coordinate, and direct projects from A to Z – from planning to delivery. You:

• Set up plans and lead a team of installers, preparers, and draftsmen
• Monitors progress, quality, and budget, signals more or less work and processes it
• Serves as the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Identifies follow-up orders and maintains contacts at various levels
• Works closely with calculation and preparation

Job requirements:

Your profile

• HBO or MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a project leader or manager within the installation industry
• Experience with Syntess Atrium or comparable software is a plus
• Organizational strong, communicative skilled, and stress-resistant
• Client-oriented attitude with natural authority and leadership capabilities
