This is what you will do

• You are the linchpin within the organization when it comes to green roofs.
• You will ensure the correct staffing and a accurate budget for each project.
• You will keep a close eye on every project and ensure your colleagues can carry out their work without interruption.
• You will regularly visit project locations and will not miss commercial opportunities.
• You will be the point of contact for clients, work crews, and colleagues.
• After each project, you will assess the outcome and ensure an evaluation is conducted.

This is who you are

• You have extensive experience in horticulture or construction, for example as an all-round gardener, working foreman, or supervisor.
• You possess a VCA certificate.
• You have technical knowledge, particularly of roof constructions.
• You are self-assured and speak the language of contractors.
• You can handle unexpected situations well and know how to turn setbacks into positive outcomes.
• You have excellent communication skills and are a good team player.

• 25 vacation days + ATV days in accordance with the client's CAO (Collective Labour Agreement).
