Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the daily management and follow-up of one or more construction projects in the Hasselt region and the wider Limburg-Antwerp area. You will work closely with the site team, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects remain under technical, organizational, and financial control.

You combine site presence with strong administrative and financial follow-up. Approximately 80% of your time is spent at the site office, where you monitor progress, make adjustments, and strictly follow the schedule. You are immediately available and will manage projects from preparation to completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the site schedule, progress, and quality of execution.
• Coordinating internal and external parties on the construction site.
• Monitoring budgets, profitability, orders, and logistical flows.
• Reading and interpreting plans, including 3D work environments.
• Following up on administrative and financial project data via ERP systems.
• Reporting on schedule, risks, additional works, and adjustments to the relevant managers.
• Ensuring smooth communication between the site, office, and stakeholders.

For this role, our client is looking for an experienced project manager with a stable professional career and a strong affinity for the construction sector. You preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Construction or a diploma in Industrial Engineering (Construction). A class 8 environment is familiar to you, and you can rely on relevant experience in similar projects.

You are practically oriented, present on the construction site, and simultaneously strong in follow-up, planning, and financial control. Experience with ERP systems and reading 3D plans is important. Technical detail work is less decisive than your ability to oversee the project holistically, bring structure, and prepare decisions in a timely manner.

Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:

• Relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
• Immediately deployable.
• Strong in planning, organization, and site supervision.
• Experience with financial and logistical project follow-up.
• Good communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Able to read plans and work in a 3D environment.
• A stable CV and demonstrable continuity in previous positions.
• Work in the Limburg, Antwerp, or surrounding regions, with a willingness to travel flexibly.
