Project Leader

As a Project Leader, you are the driving force behind various projects in Lummen and its surroundings. You take responsibility for all technical, qualitative, and organizational aspects of the projects assigned to you. Through accurate execution, coordination, and follow-up, you ensure that the works are completed within the set budget and deadline. You monitor safety procedures, act as a point of contact for the client, follow up on site meetings, prepare progress reports, and evaluate post-calculation. Additionally, you manage site personnel and work closely with work planners and the purchasing manager. You report directly to the technical director.

We are looking for someone who:

• Possesses a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering in Construction (or equivalent through experience).
• Has at least several years of relevant experience in a technical, project-oriented role (recent graduates are also welcome).
• Has a good knowledge of common work methods, materials, and applicable safety requirements.
• Is strong in communication, customer-oriented, and can work independently.
• Is proactive and has a critical mindset.
• Possesses strong organizational skills and can motivate others.
• Has excellent knowledge of Dutch, with basic skills in French and English.
• Is willing to travel regularly to various construction sites within the triangle Antwerp/Brussels/Liège.
