Project Manager

After thorough onboarding, you will take responsibility as a Project Manager for the follow-up, coordination, and execution of our ordered projects:

- Organization of drafting work and compilation of order lists.

- Sending out price requests and comparing incoming quotes.

- Leading projects from the initial phase to completion in close consultation with the client.

- Ensuring effective communication, both internally and externally.

- Planning projects and participating in technical discussions in collaboration with various departments.

- Carefully monitoring project progress and reporting any deviations.

- Delegating tasks to the project team and effectively collaborating with the responsible department heads.

- Managing and monitoring project parameters such as duration, budget, deployment of people and resources, and the quality of the final result.

- Intervening in critical situations and ensuring the desired end result is achieved.

- A bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering, preferably supplemented with some relevant experience.

- Strong critical thinking skills and willingness to think outside the box.

- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to exchange ideas.

- Ownership, perseverance, and eagerness to learn to make progress.

- In possession of a valid VCA-VOL certificate or willing to obtain it.

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to be part of a dynamic team.

- Experience with 3D design software such as Solidworks or Tekla is appreciated.
