What we expect from you

You have successfully completed a civil engineering or construction technology education at HBO or WO level with a specialization in construction. Additionally, you possess relevant work experience, both as a project leader, constructor, and design engineer. You are experienced with modern construction software packages such as Technosoft and SCIA Engineer. You are also familiar with the possibilities of 3D modeling software like Revit. You are communicatively skilled, proactive, stand firmly on your feet, and possess subject matter expertise. Furthermore, you are customer-oriented, meticulous, and initiative-taking.

This is what you'll do

As a project leader, you are responsible for the successful completion of complex projects within predetermined frameworks, such as planning, PvE, and current standards. During the design phases, you lead the design team and ensure coordination with the client. Together with your design team of constructors and modelers, you develop basic designs into smart, feasible, and buildable constructions, setting high standards for the quality of work by your team. Additionally, you advise the management, for example, on new developments or finding opportunities in the market. You will have the opportunity to further deepen your knowledge in various construction-related topics through training. Outside our organization, you maintain contacts with clients and representatives from designing, executing, and controlling parties.
