As a project manager at BAM Infra Civiel, you will guide projects from preparation to realization. As a project manager, you will lead civil engineering projects within infrastructure, energy transition, and industry. You will guide projects from preparation to realization and are responsible for safe, efficient, and predictable execution.

Together with your team, you will set up and manage the project organization. You will also coordinate external executing parties and monitor planning, quality, budget, and progress. You are the link between clients, stakeholders, and executors, aligning wishes, requirements, and interests from different disciplines. Furthermore, you are mindful of the environment in which you work and actively seek opportunities to further enhance sustainability and improve projects.

Your team

You are part of the Eastern regional team of BAM Infra Civiel. Depending on your place of residence, you will work in Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe, Overijssel, Gelderland, and the Noordoostpolder. You will work from Nieuwleusen, Groningen, or Apeldoorn, and you will also regularly be on project locations in the region. With an enthusiastic team, we realize diverse projects within infrastructure, energy transition, and industry. The size of our projects ranges from approximately € 0.5 million to € 15 million. We often work with construction teams, framework agreements, and long-term collaborations with our clients, but sometimes also UAV-GC or build-only contracts.

• In the coming years, we will be working on, among other things:
• Traffic bridges Meerstad Groningen;
• Circular replacement of 2 traffic bridges in Overijssel;
• Radar station Herwijnen;
• Medium-voltage substations for Enexis in the North of the Netherlands;
• Medium-voltage substations for Alliander in Gelderland;
• Work for Gasunie at the Ommen location.

• An employment contract of 32 to 40 hours per week.
• A salary between € 6,266 and € 8,800 gross per month (based on 40 hours and depending on experience), excluding 8% holiday pay.
• 25 vacation days and 15 rostered days off based on a full-time employment.

You recognize yourself in this

• You have demonstrable work experience at a Bachelor's or Master's level in a comparable role.
• You have knowledge of and affinity with civil engineering, infrastructure, and/or industrial construction.
• You have experience in managing project teams and external parties.
• You possess strong communication skills and can effectively switch between clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
