B+M Den Haag is a mid-sized construction engineering firm focused on the technical execution and coordination of building projects at various scale levels.

Within our company, we work with diverse specialists on a variety of construction challenges. Together, we work on complex building plans such as offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, modern retail environments, residential buildings, and apartment complexes from supporting the conceptual design to a fully executed design. We form the link between client, architect, and contractor. Additionally, we ensure that the construction process runs efficiently. Our approach is advisory and solution-oriented, and we monitor the building's architectural and aesthetic aspects.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

B+M Den Haag seeks a Construction Project Leader with HBO-level expertise and multiple years of experience in independently leading (medium-sized) projects. But if you're an MBO-er who thinks they fit the profile after many years of experience, please read on!

We assume that a project leader:

+ has passion for architecture and a heart for construction;
+ has commercial insight/entrepreneurial mentality;
+ follows developments in the field of BIM;
+ has affinity with software such as Autocad, REVIT, Dynamo, etc.;
+ takes responsibility for one of our larger projects or multiple smaller projects;
+ is able to proactively manage all processes involved in a project;
+ can manage the relationship with our client and other involved parties.

You are driven to integrate interests and strive for optimal results. By nature, you're an organizational talent who knows how to keep things under control in any situation.

An important aspect is that you possess good leadership qualities and have an eye for the development of colleagues and coach them accordingly.
