Project Leader Maintenance & Support

Job Description Your task package: As Project Leader Maintenance & Support, you will be part of a team of colleagues that is activated from the delivery phase of executed projects. You are the point of contact for the end user/customer after delivery, where you answer their questions and ensure solutions for technical problems. You strive for a qualitative execution without losing focus on cost control and a sustainable solution. Your responsibilities include: • Providing support to customers/end users after project delivery; • Identifying and resolving technical issues; • Ensuring the quality of delivered projects; • Maintaining relationships with customers/end users; • Coordinating with other teams to ensure a smooth transition; • Developing and implementing maintenance plans; • Monitoring and reporting on project progress; • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, IT); • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
