Project Leader Waste and Raw Materials

For Gemeente Rhenen, we are looking for a Project Leader Waste and Raw Materials.
You will continuously work on improving the service delivery and strengthening the role of Gemeente Rhenen in the region. You will contribute to an organization where flexibility, trust, cooperation, and accountability are central. As an experienced Project Leader waste & raw materials, you will independently execute multiple content-related and procurement projects. You are responsible for preparation, decision-making, procurement, and communication within the municipal waste policy.

• You update the collection of commercial waste.
• You prepare changes and notify relevant target groups about them.
• You organize the continuation of current waste collection and sets out expansion contractually.
• You prepare the procurement of glass collection and the sealing of mini-containers & CMS for.
• You organize internal decision-making regarding these procurements and publishes them according to applicable laws and regulations.
• You set up decisions on waste containers, both legally and substantively, and ensures administrative confirmation.

Your profile

• You have extensive experience as a project leader in the field of waste and raw materials.
• You are self-sufficient, communicatively skilled, and know how to bring complex projects to a good end.
• You are analytically strong, organizationally sensitive, and have experience with procurement trajectories.
