Project Engineer
Job description
Function We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Engineer who will strengthen a small but tight team in Wetteren. In this role, you are responsible for the follow-up and coordination of unique and challenging projects, including sluice gates, bridges, and scaffolding. Your tasks include, among other things, directing colleagues in the sawmill, preparing plans, processing orders, making calculations and stability calculations, preparing tenders, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will also be involved in the preparation of project reports and the coordination of external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a related field and has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are a team player who is able to work independently and is fluent in Dutch.
