Job Description

As Project Leader E-Techniek (New Build) you are the key player in the realization process of electrical installations for our new build projects within the housing industry. You coordinate and lead the project team, ensuring that all electrical aspects run smoothly. You monitor the planning, budget, and quality of the work and serve as a central point of contact for both internal and external partners. Furthermore, you actively contribute to improving and maintaining safety on the projects. With your technical expertise and leadership qualities, you ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leading the project team and ensuring optimal collaboration
• Drafting and monitoring the project planning, budgets, and quality/safety standards
• Coordinating all electrical work within the project
• Maintaining progress, costs, and quality of the project
• Maintaining close contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Reporting on progress and any potential issues to management
• Proactively signaling opportunities and risks and anticipating them

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in a technical field, preferably at the HBO level.
• Has at least 5 years of experience in a comparable function within the construction and installation technology industry, preferably in new build projects
• Possesses good communication skills and leadership qualities
• Places safety as high on their agenda as we do
