Job description

Project Coordinator Traffic Measures l 32-40 hours l € 3,100 - € 3,600 l Rotterdam, The Hague, Rilland I BUKO Infrasupport

Do you like to keep an overview and get energy from organizing, coordinating, and collaborating? As a Project Coordinator at BUKO, you are the link between our clients and colleagues. From events to road works: you ensure that traffic plans are well organized from advice to execution. With your helicopter view, you set the right priorities and maintain control of the schedule, even when the day turns out differently than expected. Does this sound like something for you? Read on quickly!

What does your role as Project Coordinator look like?

At BUKO Infrasupport, we are looking for a Project Coordinator for our locations in Rilland, Barendrecht, and Nootdorp. As a Project Coordinator for traffic measures, you advise clients on the deployment of temporary traffic measures. You think along, prepare quotes, have traffic plans created, apply for permits, and enter orders. Long-term relationships form the basis for you. You have a lot of contact with stakeholders such as municipalities and provinces. Together with your colleagues and the project managers, you are responsible for the entire process; quality, planning, and financial monitoring.

A varied workday:

You start your workday with a cup of coffee and scan your inbox and to-do list for the day. At 08:30, you will consult with the draftsmen. You need to price a traffic plan today for a good client. At 10:00, it's time for a cup of coffee with your colleagues, and you discuss the latest developments. After coffee, you price the traffic plan, and then at 11:00, you go to your appointment outside the office to discuss a new project. After this appointment, you drive past a current project. It turns out the site manager there still needs something from you. Once back at the office, you check your inbox and set priorities for the rest of the day. You still need to enter some orders and create a quote. You do this together with one of the project support staff. You ensure that the orders reach the colleagues in production for assembly and lettering on time. Applying for traffic plans, permits from the road authority, and handling a number of phone calls fill the rest of your workday. At 16:55, you receive a call about an emergency that you will resolve together with the site manager, craftsman, and planner. This is the last task of the day.
