Project Coordinator

For the Ministry of Economic Affairs, we are looking for a Project Coordinator.

As Project Coordinator, you will support the Program Manager Fusion in successfully implementing the Fusion program at EZ/KGG/LVVN. During the program, your tasks and desired support can be adjusted in consultation with the Program Manager. Initially, your focus will be on coordination for RVO:

• You will work on Proof of Concept trajectories for the policy budget chain RVO and related reports.
• You are involved in the Prototype phase, focused on the policy budget chain RVO and other program components, such as reports, data cleaning, and hiring third parties.
• You deliver the Exit Plan and keep it up to date annually.
• You monitor developments and dependencies within the program.
• You act as a contact person between the program and RVO.

Furthermore, your support also includes contacts with the TFA program of the Ministry of Finance, so that the interfaces between the Fusion Program and the TFA program are well secured.
Good coordination with the Program Manager, project leaders within the Fusion program, and relevant departmental services (in consultation with their representative in the program management group) is crucial.
You ensure that the program yields a return on investment by adopting a cost-conscious approach and continuously finding a balance between the needs of the organization, user, and supplier.

EZ/KGG/LVVN and affiliated departmental services are replacing Oracle eBS with Oracle Fusion (cloud environment). The procurement took place in May 2025, and the preparatory phases have started. The goal of the Fusion program is to ensure the continuity of financial service delivery and support business processes with a financially application landscape that is flexible, adaptable, and cost-effective for EZK/LNV administration and accounting.
