Project Coordinator at SVP

We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Project Coordinator for 32 to 40 hours per week. Within SVP, the role of Project Coordinator is a key position for a successful project realization process. You set boundaries and budgets and keep customers and stakeholders informed in a timely manner. You monitor contract parties and ensure the quality and safety in the field.

Main tasks:
- Monitoring the planning and progress of projects, and managing project administration.
- Preparing the complete project file for handover.
- Timely communication of work activities and heat interruptions to customers.
- Guiding contract parties in execution.
- Collecting information for project definition.
- Preparing work activities, including:
- Preparing budgets, estimates, and project planning.
- VGM-Plan preparation.
- Requesting and evaluating tenders.
- Requesting work permits.
- Preparing and evaluating detail engineering.
- Mapping dependencies with stakeholders and projects.

- At least MBO-4 completed in mechanical engineering, installation, civil engineering, construction, or equivalent.
- Long-term experience, preferably in a production environment.
- Knowledge of the heat world (VEWA) is a plus; otherwise, we will learn that.
- Ambitious, role offers opportunity for growth to project leader.
- In possession of (VOL-) VCA certificate or willing to obtain it.
- Enthusiastic and structured, accustomed to working in a team.
- Bringing a good dose of humor.

The Project Coordinator position at SVP is broad and technically challenging in a professional, dynamic organization with short communication lines and a pleasant work atmosphere.

Salary: € 3000,- to € 5000,- gross per month (38 hours), depending on knowledge and experience.
Additionally: 8% vacation allowance, 4.5% end-of-year allowance, and 1.8% pension scheme.
Primary secondary working conditions: 28.5 vacation days and 70% pension compensation at full-time employment.
