What will you do? AKOR is a construction company with passion for realizing (complex) unique building projects. As a project controller, you are responsible for the financial management and control of these challenging projects. You are someone who not only works with numbers, but also with people. You have close contacts with the project teams and are regularly on the road to visit projects or locations regarding financial monitoring. You analyze the progress, costs, and financial performance of the projects. You are also responsible for ensuring that the financial goals are achieved and that the projects are completed within the budget. You will work closely with the project managers, financial controllers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and ensuring that the projects are in compliance with the company's policies and procedures. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the project goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the project's financial performance and progress.
