Project Supervisor or Project Manager - Salaberry de Valleyfield

Supported by experts from our existing industrial team and relevant to the client's project manager, the selected candidate will be expected to offer personalized services in a multidisciplinary project context for one of our major clients in the Salaberry de Valleyfield region, evolving within a wealth-creating industry.

The sought-after project supervisor or manager will have knowledge of civil engineering, structure, electrical, or mechanical engineering, and ease in resolving diverse problems. A position that allows exponential learning of the industrial sector in collaboration with colleagues from multiple disciplines or a stimulating career challenge. This role includes an important Health and Safety aspect, which is crucial for CIMA+ and its client.

Main Responsibilities

• Take charge of coordinating functions for a wide variety of projects involving diverse stakeholders in an industrial environment;
• Carry out work site surveillance and commissioning;
• E nsure that workplace health and safety rules (SST) are applied;
• Follow up on project progress, highlighting delays/risks and notifying the project manager;
• Coordinate activities with surrounding works at the construction site;
• E nsure compliance of work and provide technical support.
