Job description
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of concrete and trackwork construction projects. Coordinate and schedule activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations. Monitor and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers. Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost control. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards. Develop and implement strategies for improving project efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
