Job description
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead strategic, cross-functional engineering projects from planning through execution. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with quality, operational, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners. The successful candidate will have experience leading cross-functional projects, developing and managing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
