Job description
As a Project Site Coordinator | Traffic Engineering, you coordinate long-term maintenance projects for traffic engineering systems, such as LED signs, camera and vehicle detection systems, and lighting on roads and in tunnels. You collaborate with clients, site managers, colleagues, and your Project Manager and have the opportunity to grow further within various projects.

Your work location: various locations in Flanders.
Your Equans base: Hoboken.
What will you do?
- communicate with internal and external clients
- collaborate smoothly and efficiently with colleagues
- oversee the maintenance schedule and adjust it when necessary
- follow up on critical and less critical issues
- administratively and operationally follow up on defects and damages
- develop and follow up on large structural renovations
- develop small projects and technical issues with attention to safety, quality, financial impact, and correct project documentation
- communicate technically and financially with suppliers and subcontractors
- be responsible for the necessary project administration
- take on various roles and responsibilities, in collaboration with and supported by your Project Manager
Profile Do you see a match with your strengths?
- you have a bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics or electricity
- a few years of experience in a project environment is a plus, but not a requirement
- you work accurately, are good with numbers, and have knowledge of Excel and other Office applications
- you maintain an overview and seek creative, safe, and quality solutions for technical problems
- you work goal-oriented to meet deadlines
- you enjoy working with others and can also complete tasks independently
- you organize your workday independently and adapt your schedule to the needs of the team and the planned activities
- you communicate fluently, think customer-oriented, and take initiative
- you have a B driver's license
