Expected insertion date: September 2025 – Fixed-term contract with aim of permanent employment, RAL starting from €33,000 Main responsibilities: - Management and planning of the agenda of Project Managers and project referents; - Organization of meetings and conference calls; - Preparation of presentations, minutes, and project reports; - Support in managing and archiving project documentation; - Daily interface with clients and stakeholders. Required skills: - Excellent knowledge of English language; - Degree preferably in Languages, Political Sciences, Economics or related fields; - Excellent relational, organizational, and communicative skills; - Strong problem-solving, flexibility, and teamwork attitude; - Precision, confidentiality, and methodical approach.
