Bring your expertise in risk management into a forward-looking offshore large-scale project. As Project Risk Manager (m/w/d), you actively shape the risk strategy of a highly complex HVDC infrastructure project with – and make a decisive contribution to the safe and efficient project implementation.

Tasks

• Development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive risk management plan according to ISO 31000:2018
• Moderation and leadership of risk workshops with interdisciplinary teams, project partners, and customers
• Maintenance of the risk register as well as creation of in-depth risk analyses and decision-relevant management reports
• Integration of quantitative risk analyses (QRA) for costs and deadlines to inform decision-making
• Fostering a proactive risk management culture within the project environment and establishing risk-based decision-making processes
• Further development and automation of existing tools, processes, and templates in risk management

Qualification

• Degree in economics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Multiple years of professional experience in risk management for complex technical large-scale projects, ideally in the infrastructure or energy sector
• Fundamental knowledge of quantitative risk analysis (QCSRA) for costs and deadlines as well as development and implementation of professional risk strategies
• Safe handling of common tools such as @Risk, Safran, ARM, or Xactium as well as very good Excel skills
• A high degree of self-initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to present complex content in a clear manner
• Fluent English skills and good German skills
