Job Description

Key missions of the position:

• Managing Projects Quality Activities
• Managing Customer Requirements & Deliverables
• Managing SISCOs on Projects & ToTs
• Achieving Departmental & Company KPIs

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Having good knowledge in Project Management concepts
• Understanding the needs of Customers on Quality Perspective
• Ensure that Quality performance targets are achieved in the project
• Managing Customer FAI & ensure that validation of the Product is completed before Customer FAI
• Support the PM on Process and tool application (GR preparation) / Has the authority to stop and release the execution of any process/product within the Project
• Communications with Internal & External stakeholders
• Leading the Root cause Analysis according to PDCA FTA methodology with the necessary experts involved.
• REX Capitalization and implementation for new projects
• Analyzing and reducing Cost of Poor Quality-COPQ
• Handling Customer complaints and timely closure
• Customer issues in the Project are managed according to Wabtec rules (WIM, QRQC, 8D or PDCA_FTA).
• Managing Internal & External Non-Conformities-Customer complaints
• Carry out part & sub-assembly level inspections
• Knowledge on ISO 9001, IRIS 22163
• Implementing New systems / processes as improvement (Poka-Yoke/Kaizens, etc…)

• B.E / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
• Candidate must have exposure to global Quality standards
