For a metalworking company in Modena, we are looking for: a Project & Quality Specialist The resource will be integrated into the R&D Team and will report directly to Project Management. Through a period of mentoring and training, they will support activities related to the management of prototypes and customer complaints, collaborating with various company functions and progressively acquiring autonomy in the role. Main Activities: Prototyping Area Support the analysis of technical drawings and product specifications; Collaborate on the planning of prototyping and industrialization activities; Interface with the purchasing, production, and quality departments for activity coordination; Support the management of procurement necessary for prototype realization; Contribute to updating technical documentation and company systems. Customer Complaint Management Area Support the management of customer complaints and the monitoring of related activities; Collaborate on the analysis of identified issues and their causes; Participate in the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions; Support the preparation of documentation and reporting required by clients; Contribute to monitoring KPIs and quality indicators. Requirements: Technical diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent; Good ability to read mechanical technical drawings; Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; Interest in quality issues, project management, and product development; Precision, proactivity, and predisposition to teamwork. We offer: Entry with a direct 12-month fixed-term contract, with the prospect of permanent employment; National Collective Labor Agreement applied: Metalworkers Industry; The expected salary is between € 28,000 and € 35,000, determined based on the contractual framework, the foreseen duties, and the position's characteristics.
