Project & Process Manager (m/w/d)

As Project & Process Manager (m/w/d), you will steer customer projects comprehensively and develop sustainable, scalable process and governance structures.
You will connect structured project management with a clear view of workflows, responsibilities, and continuous improvement.

The close exchange with customers is a central part of the role. You will work service-oriented, moderate requirements, structure decision-making processes, and enjoy developing feasible solutions together with customers.

Aufgaben

• Planning, steering, and implementation of customer projects in the context of management systems, compliance, and organization
• Analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes (end-to-end), including roles, interfaces, and responsibilities
• Translating professional, regulatory, or organizational requirements into implementable project and process structures
• Moderating workshops, alignments, and decision-making formats with customers
• Establishing project and process standards (e.g., documentation, reporting, governance)
• Ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and dependencies
• Closely collaborating with stakeholders from customer side, including technical, management, and functional experts

Qualifikation

• Experience in project management, process management, operations, or organizational development
• A strong service- and customer-oriented approach, as well as a willingness to regularly coordinate and advise
• A structured, self-responsible working style with an eye for details and connections
• The ability to clearly structure complex topics and convey them in a comprehensible manner
• Experience in dealing with different stakeholders and decision-making levels
• Very good German and English skills

Fachlich wünschenswert

• Experience in regulated or certification-oriented environments (e.g., ISO, GRC, compliance, IT-near organizations)
• Knowledge of process modeling, governance structures, or continuous improvement
• Affinity for tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365/SharePoint)
• Experience with hybrid roles between project management and line/proces responsibility
