Project Planning Manager

Description of the post Main missions Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring their coherence with technical, industrial, and commercial objectives. Simulate and compare different planning scenarios according to the constraints and priorities of the project. Identify risks of drift, propose corrective actions and anticipate potential impacts on the global plan. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, industrialization, sourcing, quality...) for the development and implementation of projects, ensuring their alignment with the company's strategy and objectives. Ensure the integration of all stakeholders' expectations and constraints into the project planning process. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's technical, industrial, and commercial aspects. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members on project planning and management best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to project planning and management. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Develop and implement a plan to monitor and control the project's progress, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
