Lead - PMAG will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the Data Centres sector. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the Data Centres sector. • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for each project. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. • Ensure effective risk management and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration). • At least 5 years of experience in project planning and execution. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and technical skills.
